Strickland Insurance Brokers, Inc (SIB), a family-owned MGA in Goldsboro, NC, has acquired Carolina Insurance Service. The purchase was effective Thursday December 1, 2011. Those of us at Strickland are excited about the acquisition and hope to get to know all of you retailers that deal with the fine folks at Carolina. Some of you NC retailers are already familiar to and with us, but we look forward to contacting you NC,SC, and VA folks with whom we are not yet acquainted.

And you can anticipate the same personal service that you've come to expect from them. As a family-owned company, we strive for that same sort of service and that's why we believe that Karen, John, and Christi joining our team is a well made match. Like an adoption really.

Just a few changes will be evident initially such as: new email addresses for the three of them, new agency numbers, a new mailing address, and the SIB logo on documents (binders, invoices, other correspondence).
